About
Brush Creek Village: In the Middle of it All
This area isn’t Aspen and it isn’t Snowmass Village, and it likes it that way. This neighborhood comprises single-family homes with beautiful views of the Roaring Fork Valley and the all-day sun characteristics of this area. Most of the 136 platted lots are 2+ acres and vary greatly on the topography.
History and Metro District
Brush Creek Village was created at the same time that Snowmass Ski area was founded in 1967. Through the years, this community worked together to create its homeowner's association and a water district. The Brush Creek Metro District now ensures water and roads are handled for the neighborhood.
Horse Sense
This community is home to full time residents, second home owners, rental guests for short and long term, and horses. Horses are allowed on individual lots, or there is a boarding program at Cozy Point Ranch located at the base of Brush Creek Village. There are access points to trails for equine and pedestrian use located at the base of Brush Creek Village.
